Chosen by God!

In 2016 we can be assured that, as believers, God is with us, and He will not abandon us. No matter what is going on in our lives we can have this confidence, God is for me.

This is God's promise to us:

“Indeed, I have inscribed [a picture of] you on the [a]palms of My hands; Your city walls [Zion] are continually before Me." (Isaiah 49:16 AMP)

We should begin each new day with the utmost confidence in God, believing He will never abandon us. There are many events in our lives that can cause sleepless nights, however, we can sleep peacefully when we cast our cares on the Lord and pray about everything.

“Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” (I Peter 5:7 AMP)

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7 NLT)

No matter what is going on in our lives our Abba Father is with us. He will never leave or forsake us. We can have absolute confidence in this.

"For He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]" (Hebrews 13:5 AMP)
