Chosen by God!
"...For He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]" (Hebrews 13:5 Amplified)
When we feel abandoned by God, we should share our feelings, both with God and with other trustworthy Christians. God is not surprised by our feelings. He already knows how we feel. Choosing to share our feelings with God is freeing and removes the possibility of the enemy to use our feelings against us through doubt and condemnation. God gave us our feelings and expects us to use them in a healthy way. Sharing them with Him and other mature, trustworthy Christians will help us to process our feeling from God’s perspective. Of course we must use a spirit of discernment in who we tell and how much we tell. But we should not be afraid to be open and honest with others who are spiritually mature and have proven themselves trustworthy.
The Word is our guide on this and it clearly tells us to bear, carry, one another’s burdens. This means God never meant for us to live this life alone. The Word also tells us to pray for one another. These are not suggestions but commands. We must not only seek out spiritually mature and trustworthy people we must become spiritually mature and trustworthy people ourselves. We cannot remain spiritual infants.
"Carry one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love]." (Gaatians 6:2 AMP)
