Chosen by God!

“Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].” (Hebrews 11:1 Amplified)

Remember this, faith is the title deed. That means it belongs to us. Jesus paid for it for us. No one can take it away from us. We control it! It’s ours! So don’t give it away!

When we know something belongs to us no one can talk us out of it! None of us would entertain someone walking in our house and telling us it belongs to them. We would not entertain, for a moment, someone trying to take our car telling us it’s theirs. When we get on an airplane we trust that we’ll arrive at our destination without questioning the pilot or their ability to even fly the plane! So why can’t we believe what God’s Word declares to be true about us and for us? Why can’t we have the same confidence in what His Word says, as we have in what our mortgage papers and the titles to our cars say?

Maybe it’s time to apply this level of faith to the things of God. Stand on His Word, and trust, without wavering, without considering what we see or how we feel, and that anything is possible if a person believes. When we do that we will experience a now faith is deposit in our lives.

Remember this:

“But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6 Amplified)

Trust/Faith is the key that unlocks the heart of God. It moves His hand in our lives.
