Chosen by God,
Prayer that is based on God's Word is effective prayer. When we know the Word we have the foundation for powerful prayer. Knowing the Word of God is the most important thing a believer can do, after making a declaration of salvation.
Here are some Scriptures and prayers based on that Scripture:
"Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you." (Luke 10:19 AMPC)
Scriptural Prayer:
Thank You for giving me authority and power to trample on serpents and scorpions. I will not fear their attacks because Your Word arms me for victory. I declare that I have physical and mental strength and ability over all the power that the enemy possesses. Nothing shall in any way harm me. I am armed with Holy Ghost power! Victory in every situation is mine by the authority and the power of Your Word.
"I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]." (Philippians 4:13 AMPC)
Scriptural Prayer:
I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me. I am ready for anything and equal to anything though Him Who infuses inner strength into me. I am self sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency. Thank You for giving me Your strength for all things.
"They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them." (Psalm 112:7 NLT)
Scriptural Prayer:
I do not fear bad news. I confidently trust You to take care of me. I stand on Your Word knowing that You will perform it boldly in my life.
