Chosen by God!

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:4-7 NLT)

Hear the voice of the Lord saying:

It begins with rejoicing in Me always, at all times. A life of rejoicing produces gentleness. When you are continually rejoicing in Me you reflect My love which makes you kind and gentle. You will reflect gentleness when you live a life of rejoicing. It also brings Me near to you. Rejoicing gets My attention. When you rejoice you are gentle. You have My attention so you don’t have to be anxious about anything. I am here so tell Me about your cares, concerns, and requests. Give Me thanks in your presentation and I will give you peace that guards your heart and mind, keeping you in the storm. My peace will allow you to rest in the storm trusting the outcome to Me. You may not see a way out. Just stay close to Me and your victory is assured.

"I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]" (John 16:33 AMPC)

When we stay anchored in Jesus we will be anchored in life on earth and eternally.

“Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always).” (I Thessalonians 5:16 AMPC)
