Chosen by God!

“I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart.” (Psalm 40:8 AMPC)

When we're delighting ourselves in God, by spending time with Him our will becomes aligned with His. We must always remember that God is Sovereign and He sees the end of things right at the beginning. When He says no, believe He has information we don't. I also believe His no's open up the door for His something better. It really comes down to being willing to trust God with the details. So take time today to delight yourself in the Lord. He’s already delighted in you!

“Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. (Psalm 37:3-4 AMPC)

This means when you trust God the desires in your heart will align with His desires. It means you are so in tune with Him that His will becomes your will. It takes time in His Presence and in His Word to be in sync with the plan of God for your life.

“But his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord, and on His law (the precepts, the instructions, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and by night.” (Psalm 1:2 AMPC)
