Chosen by God!

“And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by. For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day.” (Habakkuk 2:2-3 AMPC)

Write the vision. Make it plain! Ask God to give you the steps, direction, to walk in it! When fear comes, when things get turbulent, when you face unexpected challenges, the vision will help you stand firm in the promise from God. This is why it must be clear! You have to know, believe without doubt, that you heard God.

Clarity helps us focus. Confidence in God is what will give us confidence to stand in the midst of challenges. Jesus told us we would have challenges and He also said we could have peace during the challenges because He has already overcome our challenges.

“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” (John 16:33 AMPC)

Sometimes the fear and turbulence is the result of moving AWAY from your vision. Sometimes we are our own obstacles! Continue on the road God has ordered for you and He will help us get there.

“The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step].” (Psalm 37:23 AMPC)
