Chosen by God!

“And I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.”

Paul was focused on advancing the Jewish faith in his own nation. He was exceedingly zealous, in pursuit of, the traditions of his ancestors.

When I remember that Paul was once Saul who persecuted and killed Christians with zealousness I’m reminded that the same zeal we used during our unsaved time is the same zeal we should use now that we are saved. As believers we must be about our Father’s business, inviting others to know Him. We must seize every opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with enthusiasm.

Faith Confession:

Lord thank You that I can be zealous in my faith and in sharing it with others. If I’m excited about You then others will also be excited. Let me become a contagious Christian so that others will want to know You, and come to love You, just like I do.
