“To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven. A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away, A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 6-7 AMPC)
Just sitting here thinking about relationships, friendships specifically. You invest time, yourself, insight, prayer, a listening ear, wisdom, advice, encouragement, and so much more into your friendships. You're finally at a point where the friendship is balanced, meaning they can now give, listen, encourage, in other words, be a friend, and they decide they've outgrown you! I just have to laugh! Obviously, the season is over.
Lord, let me never repay someone's time invested in me with such callousness. Let me walk in love, especially in this circumstance. I want to reflect You, Jesus. Help me to keep Leisa in check so I don't say what I feel. Heal the hurt associated with departure and show me the lesson learned.
Yes, I'm a believer. I'm also human. My feelings can be hurt and my humanness could cause me to say things I shouldn't.

Thankful that the Lord has me in a holding pattern right now or I might be asking for forgiveness! And honestly, so should this person! IJS!
