Treasured by God!
I'm in a new season of transition, especially in ministry. I haven't been given the full picture, or the destination, (God knows His daughter!), but I will take the steps given in obedience and trust. No matter what it looks like or feels like, I'm going with God, wherever He leads. I'm so ready for the adventure ahead!
“Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands." (Isaiah 43:18-19 MSG)
Yes, He had to bring me to this Scripture because it's so easy for me to stay with, and look for, the familiar.
I do know that my journey won't be familiar. There's some letting go, in many areas, on the horizon. While I'm saddened by the closed doors, I'm excited to go through the new doors He's providing for me to walk through. Things may look the same, but trust me, they aren't.
This tree I stand in front of is a picture, a visual, of my path, my present, and my future. Exactly what that means is between God and me, just know I'm embracing it wholeheartedly.
I'm in a season where I eagerly expect, look for, and invite encounters with God!
Be Encouraged! ❤
