GOD, TEA, AND ME TIME!

Listening to the I AM Righteous segment of my Mastermind Class again, with my journal. Taking notes, looking up Scriptures, and hitting the pause button numerous times to capture thoughts and images this session brings to mind.

Transactional Righteousness is something that hit home for me. You know, where you think you can work for it or pay for it in some way. I know I can't work for it, bargain for it, barter for it, or pay for it. I just have to accept this gift of righteousness, that's freely given but cost so much for our Abba Father. To do less is really an insult to God.

So, why do I struggle with walking fully, and boldly, in it at times? This is a forever gift with no strings, no conditions, attached.

Do you find yourself parked at unworthy at times? Well, I'm here to remind us that we are worthy because of the completed work of Calvary. Don't let the enemy cheat you out of what is rightfully yours, the peace of righteousness. That's a part of what salvation is all about.

"For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness]." (2 Corinthians 5:21 AMPC)

The enemy doesn't want us to believe we are righteous. Jesus paid the ultimate price to make sure we do believe this. Who are you going to believe?

FAITH CONFESSION:

I must be intentional about what I'm thinking about. If my thoughts don't align with God's Word then I must intentionally change my thoughts. God's Word trumps anything that doesn't align with it! Can we say, Team God?

Be Encouraged! ❤
