If you’re not being sharpened, or you’re not sharpening, then maybe a change is needed. Do inventory to make sure relationships are life giving instead of sucking the life out of you.
Be the one sharpening others or being sharpened by others. If it’s dull it requires a lot more work to maintain.
"If the ax is dull and the man does not whet the edge, he must put forth more strength; but wisdom helps him to succeed." (Ecclesiastes 10:10 AMPC)
