"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him [with awe-inspired reverence and worship Him with obedience], And He rescues [each of] them." (Psalm 34:7 AMPC)
I had to look at both of these verses. I love that God sets up a circle of protection around us! Imagine, the angel of the Lord encamps around us! All we have to do is reverence, worship, and obey Him. On top of that, He rescues us. That means nothing can overtake us because God is on our side.

I don't want to take anything for granted. I want to ask each of you reading this post, do you know Jesus personally as Savior and have you made Him Lord of your life? If you don't, I would love to introduce you to Him. Please don't take this lightly because there is an eternity, and we will spend it either in heaven or in hell. That's the truth. Don't be deceived by the rhetoric of good works will get you in or everyone is going to heaven. It's just not true. Jesus is the only way in.

Just think about this:
"Just as [in His love] He chose us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, so that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined and lovingly planned for us to be adopted to Himself as [His own] children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the kind intention and good pleasure of His will." (Ephesians 1:4-5 AMPC)
