Fight – agōnízomai, ag-o-nid'-zom-ahee; to struggle, literally (to compete for a prize), figuratively (to contend with an adversary), or genitive case (to endeavor to accomplish something):—fight, labor fervently, strive. (Strong’s G75)
FAITH CONFESSION:
I must fight, struggle to compete for a prize – the manifestation of what I am believing You for. To stay in faith, I will have to contend with an adversary or adversarial conditions. The enemy will do all he can to discourage, detour, and/or derail my faith. He doesn’t want to see me walk in what I am believing God for. He wants me to quit. I will not quit. Instead, I will labor fervently, fight, and strive to walk in Your promises.
Faith – pis'-tis; from G3982 persuasion, i.e. credence; moral conviction (of religious truth, or the truthfulness of God or a religious teacher), especially reliance upon Christ for salvation; abstractly, constancy in such profession; by extension, the system of religious (Gospel) truth itself:—assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity. (Strong’s G4102)
FAITH CONFESSION:
I am fully persuaded of the truthfulness of Your existence Abba Father, and my salvation through the blood of Jesus. I am also persuaded that I will spend eternity in Your Presence. Lord, I am fully persuaded that You keep Your Word and it will accomplish what You send it to do. Your Word is truth and cannot return void, without producing effect, or useless. It stands the test of time and is activated by faith.
“Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.” (Jeremiah 1:12 AMPC)
“So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11 AMPC)
FAITH CONFESSION – ABBA FATHER:
You are alert and active
You watch over Your Word to perform it
Your Word shall not return to You void, without producing any effect, or be rendered useless
Your Word will accomplish what You please and purpose
Your Word will prosper where You send it
I BELIEVE:
Because I am created in Your image and likeness, I can speak Your Word and it will manifest in my life. I can trust You to watch over Your Word and perform it knowing Your Word cannot, will not, return to You void, without effect, or useless. Thank You for Your Word and the power behind Your Word.
