THIS LIFE IS NOT ALL THERE IS!

“God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4 AMPC)

There will come a time when God will comfort us. No more death, anguish, sorrow, mourning, grief or pain. Life as we know it now will be no more. How we react to things will be no more. What caused pain will be no more! There is a time when eternal life with Jesus will change us and what once had the power to hurt us will be no more.

I am encouraged that this life with all its potential for pain and sorrow is not all there is. God has more for us that believe in His Son, Jesus Christ. Those who have died causing us sorrow because they are not with us any longer, we will see again, if they too died in Christ.

This Scripture stresses the importance, to me, of making sure I do my part to tell all I know and come in contact with about Jesus. As believers we should want everyone, we know to have the opportunity to experience God’s gift of salvation and the promise of eternal life. We can’t think that someone else will do it. We must seize every opportunity to introduce people to Jesus.

FAITH CONFESSION:

Lord, thank You that this life experience is not all there is to my being born. Thank You that there is a time and a place where there is no sorrow. Thank You for the promise of eternal life in Your Presence. I look forward to the old conditions and former things passing away. Thank You for Jesus that makes all of this possible.

Now Father, give me holy boldness to recognize opportunities, and seize them, to introduce people to Christ so they can experience eternal life in Your Presence.

Be Encouraged! ❤

Today, I had to stand up for myself to make sure I was going to be safe where I lived. I did the hardest thing any parent had to do in her life. Lift up my younger son in prayer for protection with the Warring ArchAngels all around him and keep him warm in Jesus Mighty Name. I just figured I don't have to be scared or intimidated of my own son anymore.
