I can be replaced but what I bring to the table can't. What God put in me, in you, can't be duplicated. Can someone else do it? Yes, but not with your gifting and style.
Be careful who you write off. Ask God to show you people because it's usually the ones you've discounted that are the very ones God is using. Ask God to show you who He sent so you don't miss the answer to your prayers.
Let me just say, most answers don't look like you think or like you want. Some of you have rejected God's answers to your prayers because it didn't look like you thought. Personally I'm going with God.
