Believers Have Access to Supernatural Strength Through Jesus!

August 24, 2016

Chosen by God!

We are to draw continually on God’s supernatural strength and power to enable us to walk worthy of our great calling in Christ. As believers we will face many challenges in our lives where we will need God’s supernatural strength and power to endure and be victorious. The problems we face can be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and so much more. These challenges are a reminder that we need God’s help and that this is not our home. Challenges help us to stay focused, committed to our reason for being here. Throughout our lives if we look at the challenges we face through the lens of eternity, and the victory we have in Christ Jesus we will be able to stand. We can take comfort in these words of Jesus:

“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” (John 16:33 AMP)

We face nothing alone and we do nothing in our own strength. Thankfully, it’s not up to us.

"I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency]." (Philippians 4:13 Amplified)

We access God’s power through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
