​Chosen by God!

How many of us can say we like ourselves? When we hear that question, do we immediately think about what's wrong with us, or what's right with us?

I can honestly say I like myself. I can embrace my strengths and allow God’s SON Light to shine into my heart to transform my areas of opportunities. I no longer see them as weaknesses. Why? Because I have access to the power/strength of God. I don’t have to be weak. If I am weak it is because I choose to be, or have not availed myself of His power.

“[Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and ]delight.” (Philippians 2:13 AMP)

It’s in knowing that the Holy Spirit empowers us to do what God has called us to do, and be who He called us to be, that brings us to a place of rest, and peace, in Him.
