Chosen by God!

“Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].” (I Corinthians 13:7 AMPC)

When we walk in love then we rise above the daily cares and distractions reflecting the life and heart of Jesus. Love shuts our mouths when the words we're thinking aren't to edification, encouragement, and peace. Love opens our eyes to the hurting and causes us to extend ourselves when it's inconvenient and costs us something. Love shields the confidences we've been given. Love helps us realize being right is not important but reflecting Jesus trumps it all. Really it's a matter of LOVE, God's love that He's placed in our hearts, by His Holy Spirit, when we accepted a personal and intimate relationship with Him.

“And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.” (Romans 5:5 NLT)

Love will cause us to:

Love our enemies - not just in thought but word and action!

Bless - those that curse us! Because truly, if they knew better they would do better!

Do Good - for those that hate us because God's got this and we're part of His plan to show these people, strategically place in our lives, how powerful His love is!

Pray - for those that spitefully use us and persecute us, so God gets the glory, at all times and in all things!

“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.” (Matthew 5:44 NKJV)

Instead of talking the Word why not just live it?
