Chosen by God!

Today I want to share some Scriptures that encourage us to seek God. He has the answers. We don't. He wants to share those answers with us and give us insight. Relationship, intimacy, with Him is priceless.

I encourage you to meditate on these Scriptures. Write them out and personalize them. Hear God speaking your name in each one. Then write or pray a response to Him.

At the end of the Scriptures you will find a faith confession. Speak it out loud so your Spirit hears your voice speaking to you about you based on the Word of God. Leave a comment and let me know how you enjoyed doing this.

“I will climb up to my watchtower and stand at my guard post. There I will wait to see what the Lord says and how he will answer my complaint.” (Habakkuk 2:1 NLT)

“Each morning let me learn more about your love because I trust you. I come to you in prayer, asking for your guidance.” (Psalm 143:8 CEV)

“I'm single-minded in pursuit of you;

don't let me miss the road signs you've posted.

I've banked your promises in the vault of my heart

so I won't sin myself bankrupt.

Be blessed, GOD;

train me in your ways of wise living.

I'll transfer to my lips

all the counsel that comes from your mouth;

I delight far more in what you tell me about living

than in gathering a pile of riches.

I ponder every morsel of wisdom from you,

I attentively watch how you've done it.

I relish everything you've told me of life,

I won't forget a word of it.” (Psalm 119:10-MSG)

“Dear friend, listen well to my words;

tune your ears to my voice.

Keep my message in plain view at all times.

Concentrate! Learn it by heart!

Those who discover these words live, really live;

body and soul, they're bursting with health.” (Proverbs 4:20-22 MSG)

“God, make a fresh start in me, shape a Genesis week from the chaos of my life.” (Psalm 51:10 MSG)

“You are my God. Show me what you want me to do, and let your gentle Spirit lead me in the right path.” (Psalm 143:10 CEV)

Faith Confession:

Abba, let me never forget that all I am, all I have, and all I do, is because of relationship with You. Let me never forget the cost You paid for this relationship, taking nothing for granted. Continue to knit my heart with Yours so that my thoughts, words, and actions become a reflection of You and Your everlasting and unconditional love for us.
