Chosen by God!
Today is the thirty first day of my Birthday Month, New Year, and New Season. I have left one year behind and have entered into a new year with new possibilities.
My focus today is on fully embracing my New Season!
There is change on the horizon for me and my ministry. God is doing some shaking and unsettling. It will no longer be business as usual.
My Interactive Bible Study on the Green has come to an unexpected halt as a result of ongoing construction where we held it. We’ve been unable to have class for almost six weeks. God opened the door to this wonderful opportunity so if it is now closed He has another door of opportunity. I’m thankful that I see this as transition. Endings are necessary for beginnings!
While I may not be teaching regularly I do write daily encouragement nuggets based on the Word of God. You can find them on my website, www.leisawilkins.com, and on my Ministry Page, Daily Encouraging Words by Leisa on Facebook.
My focus right now is applying the final edits to my new book, “31 Days of Encouragement,” to be published as an eBook available at Amazon in June. I’m also going to publish a book on “Hearing the Voice of God” and “Faith ABC,” (Agree with God, Believe God, and Concentrate on God) that will be published this year! I’m sure there will be more books so please stay connected to me, via my website and my author’s page on Amazon, to be in the know. Throughout this New Season I am taking time to do a Peter, keep my eyes on Jesus in the storms of life, and spending quality time in God’s Presence and in His Word. I just want more of Him!
