Chosen by God!

"He said to him the third time, Simon, son of John, do you love Me [with a deep, instinctive, personal affection for Me, as for a close friend]? Peter was grieved (was saddened and hurt) that He should ask him the third time, Do you love Me? And he said to Him, Lord, You know everything; You know that I love You [that I have a deep, instinctive, personal affection for You, as for a close friend]. Jesus said to him, Feed My sheep." (John 21:17 AMPC)

We have God's permission to use His Word so use it boldly. Nothing else can transform lives. The Word is rich. Stop serving someone else's leftovers. While it was good in their house that doesn't mean the people in your house need to eat it.

"And I will give you [spiritual] shepherds after My own heart [in the final time], who will feed you with knowledge and understanding and judgment." (Jeremiah 3:15 AMPC)

As a shepherd you have God's heart for the sheep so check with Him when preparing to preach or teach, not sermonsrus.com! (Just made that up! Of course it might exist!) What we do is too important to take shortcuts. There are no drive through, or microwave, breakthroughs! Do the work. Souls are at stake.

A Note to the Sheep:

"Now also we beseech you, brethren, get to know those who labor among you [recognize them for what they are, acknowledge and appreciate and respect them all]—your leaders who are over you in the Lord and those who warn and kindly reprove and exhort you." (I Thessalonians 5:12 AMPC)
