Chosen by God!
“May the Lord bless him!” Naomi told her daughter-in-law. “He is showing his kindness to us as well as to your dead husband. That man is one of our closest relatives, one of our family redeemers.” (Ruth 2:20 NLT)
Naomi speaks a blessing over Boaz for his kindness realizing he’s a kinsman redeemer, a family member. Where she came home uncovered God has provided a covering for her and Ruth.
No matter how people take things kindness and love, is always the answer. Boaz shows kindness to Ruth which also blesses Naomi. This is a reminder of how important our connections are as they do impact our lives. We must be prayerful and careful who we become connected to. This relates to friends, church, work, and even family. Using godly wisdom is key. This story emphasizes the importance of being both kind and generous whenever, and wherever we can. We just don’t know who God is going to use to bless us.

Lord, thank You for insights as I read Your Word. Give me creative ways to apply Your Word in every area of my life so I can impact others for You. Help me to bless others while being a blessing to them. Guide me so I make right connections that honor You.
