Chosen by God!

"You were running the race so well. Who has held you back from following the truth? It certainly isn’t God, for he is the one who called you to freedom. This false teaching is like a little yeast that spreads through the whole batch of dough!" (Galatians 5:7-9 NLT)

That's all it takes to get off track, the blurring of truth with compromise so everyone is comfortable, except those who believe in God and stand on His Word. It's trying to be politically correct even when it goes against the Word of God. It's trying not to offend and tolerate those who would offend and be intolerant of what we believe.

Sometimes standing for the truth can mean standing alone. Yet we live in a world where being alone is uncomfortable so we choose to go along with the crowd ending up someplace we really don't want to be.

It really comes down to choices. Like Joshua, are you willing to declare, "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord," and add we will do it unapologetically and without compromise?

We were created to be salt and light! So shine and stand for truth. Don’t compromise God’s truth.
