Chosen by God!
REST!
God instituted it, (Genesis 2:2), and Jesus reinforced it! (Mark 6:31) Rest is definitely a God idea! I wonder, if He hadn't would we even do it, or value it?
REST!
R= Relax in Him
E= Encourage yourself in Him
S= Seek His face
T= Think about Him
REST!
"On the seventh day God had finished his work of creation, so he rested from all his work." (Genesis 2:22 NLT)
There was such a swirl of activity around Jesus, with so many people coming and going, that they were unable to even eat a meal. So Jesus said to his disciples, “Come, let’s take a break and find a secluded place where you can rest a while.” (Mark 6:31 TPT)
