Chosen by God!

“LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.” (Psalm 16:5-6 NIV)

It is important to learn that you must pour strategically. The Lord spoke this into my Spirit years ago and I try, not always successfully, to live this - "While it may be a good thing, if it is not a God thing then you can't be involved." Maybe this will help you also.

You can't waste yourself or your time on good things at the expense of God things. Ask God to show you clearly what your assignment is so you can pour there. You’re not assigned to everyone or everything, although your heart is to help everyone!

Assignment.

Pour strategically and with purpose.

Everyone is not your assignment.

Everything does not need your attention.
