Treasured by God!
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]" (Matthew 11:28 AMPC)
REST!
It really is needed, and even more so in these turbulent times. We are being emotionally, mentally, physically, and in some cases, spiritually drained! We must take time away to rest in Him so we can be recharged by Him.
REST:
R = Relax in Him
E = Encourage yourself in Him
S = Seek His face
T = Think about Him
Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat." (Mark 6:31 NLT)
