Treasured by God!
“[Now] we have this [hope] as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it—a hope] that reaches farther and enters into [the very certainty of the Presence] within the veil, Where Jesus has entered in for us [in advance], a Forerunner having become a High Priest forever after the order (with the rank) of Melchizedek.” (Hebrews 6:19-20 AMPC)
I am anchored in Him. I have to remember this in the midst of conflicting feelings.
FAITH CONFESSION:
I may feel adrift, aimless, purposeless, but none of these things are true. I may feel directionless but God has charted my course. All I have to do is keep my eyes on Him and I will be exactly where He wants me, safe in His arms. I begin today, Abba Father, with my eyes focused on You. Show me the steps You want me to take today.
“I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide. So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!” (Psalm 32:8-9 TPT)
