Sometimes the disconnection has nothing to do with you and everything to do with God moving you into a new season. You may feel some kind of way about the loss and even try to reconnect. Don't do it! Seek God and find out why this happened and what your next step is. Don't make a move in any direction without consulting God.
While the disconnection may come as a surprise to you, it is not a surprise to God. Don't allow yourself to stay someplace and continue in relationships the Lord has moved you out of. Seasons change. Everyone isn't with you for every season. Their part in your journey is over. Walk into your new season with confidence. God has prepared a table for you. You can't move forward looking backward.
