“I see what you’ve done. Now see what I’ve done. I’ve opened a door before you that no one can slam shut. You don’t have much strength, I know that; you used what you had to keep my Word. You didn’t deny me when times were rough.” (Revelation 3:8 MSG)

God is definitely dealing with me about moving on. I can't open my next door if I'm unwilling to close this door! Looking backwards I can't move forward. Lot's wife is a prime example of the cost of refusing to move forward, desiring what she was leaving, instead of where God was taking her.

I can't let what's behind me become more important than what is before me. If God wanted me in what was I'd still be there. Instead, I'm in this moment with Him while looking forward to the next moment and where He is taking me.
