FILTER WHAT YOU HEAR BY THE WORD OF GOD!

"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." (Philippians 4:8 ESV)

I'm to measure my thoughts, words, and actions by the 8 characteristics outlined in Philippians 4:8. If it doesn't align with these characteristics it's not worth my time or consideration! That also applies to what people are saying to me!

So it must be:

True

Honorable

Just

Pure

Lovely

Commendable

Excellent

Praiseworthy
