Let's talk truth!
We are not an accident. God formed us on purpose for purpose. We have been approved by God. Even if no one ever approves of us we have God’s approval. We have been chosen by God before the very foundation of the world! He chose us, actually picked us out for Himself as His own!
Formed by God:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." (Jeremiah 1:5 AMPC)
"For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]." (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC)
Approved by God:
“But just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the glad tidings (the Gospel), so we speak not to please men but to please God, Who tests our hearts [expecting them to be approved]." (I Thessalonians 2:4 AMPC)
Chosen by God:
"Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious, you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." (I Peter 2:4-5 NKJV)
"Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love. For He foreordained us (destined us, planned in love for us) to be adopted (revealed) as His own children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the purpose of His will [because it pleased Him and was His kind intent]." (Ephesians 1:4-5 AMPC)
Planned by God:
"I'll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for." (Jeremiah 29:10b-11 MSG)
God formed us. God approved us. God chose us. Before we were a thought or reality He made provision for us to be here. While unfolding the plan of redemption, while Jesus prayed the prayer for those to come, while He died and rose - He did all of this because He knew YOU would be here. Mom and dad may not have wanted you. But God always wanted you. He has a plan and a purpose for your life. You did not catch Him by surprise. You are special, a treasure, to God! He loves you with an everlasting love unconditionally.
Walk boldly in the fullness of who you are in Christ!
FAITH CONFESSION:
I have been formed by God. I am His workmanship. I have been set apart for God. I have been approved by God. I have been chosen by God before the very foundations of the world. I was planned by God. I was always on His mind and in His heart. I have been created on purpose for purpose by a God of purpose. I will walk in my purpose.
