GOD FINISHES WHAT HE BEGINS!

Updated: May 18, 2022

“You keep every promise you’ve ever made to me! Since your love for me is constant and endless, I ask you, Lord, to finish every good thing that you’ve begun in me!” (Psalm 138:8 TPT)

This I know about You, Abba Father:

  • You are a promise keeper

  • I can count on You

  • Your love for me is constant, endless, and unconditional

Lord, please finish every good thing You have begun in my me.

In the meantime, I will hold firmly to this promise in Your Word:

“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.” (Philippians 1:6 AMPC)

Abba Father:

  • I am convinced

  • I am very sure of this very thing

  • What You, Abba Father, begin You complete

  • You will develop that good work that You started in me, perfecting and bringing it to full completion – nothing missing or overlooked

I was created on purpose, for purpose, by a God of purpose. You designed me to fulfill Your purpose in my life. In You I have everything I need to walk in purpose.

“You were born to manifest something that is already finished. This is why you must live by faith, looking forward with expectation for what God has already completed.” (Dr. Myles Munroe)

FAITH CONFESSION:

Lord, help me to see from my heart, not my physical senses. Give me Your perspective on things. Let me always be purpose focused and purpose driven. Help me to stay on track. My eyes are on You!

“And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Faithful is He Who is calling you [to Himself] and utterly trustworthy, and He will also do it [fulfill His call by hallowing and keeping you].” (I Thessalonians 5:23-24 AMPC)

Abba Father, please:

  • Sanctify me through and through

  • Separate me from the profane things

  • Make me pure and consecrated to You

  • Preserve my spirit, soul and body – keep me sound and complete

  • Let me be found blameless at the coming of Jesus

I rest in knowing You are faithful, utterly trustworthy, and You will do it – fulfill Your call by hallowing and keeping me.

Be Encouraged! ❤
