Our purpose in Him cannot be thwarted!
"But the Lord’s plans stand firm forever; his intentions can never be shaken." (Psalms 33:11 NLT)
It doesn't matter who tells you no when God says yes!
"I will cry to God Most High, Who performs on my behalf and rewards me [Who brings to pass His purposes for me and surely completes them]!" (Psalm 57:2 AMPC)
No one can close a door that God has opened!
"I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name." (Revelation 3:8 AMPC)
If God has closed a door let it remain shut. That means you don't need anything, or even anyone, behind that closed door!
Hold on to this promise as you pursue God's purpose for your life:
"Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised." (Hebrews 10:35-36 AMPC)
