Transparency Moment!

In relation to my previous post, Love Covers.

Yes, it really does take spiritual maturity to cover instead of exposing. Personally, my natural inclination was to respond in kind and shout it to the world. I'm so thankful to see that my handling of the attack, and the person who attacked me, came from a place of the fruit of the Spirit and not the works of the flesh.

This doesn't mean that all things are covered because some things need to be exposed to keep others safe. Holy Spirit will let us know what to do in each situation. The important thing is our motives in the uncovering.

Whatever decision we make honoring God should always be our goal. Hallelujah!
