“And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.” (Romans 5:3-4 NKJV)
Glory in tribulations, distresses of life, which starts a chain reaction of growth.
Tribulation produces, (brings forth, generates), perseverance, (persistence in anything undertaken), which produces character, which produces hope. Tribulation isn’t about taking us out but strengthening our character so it can sustain us to walk in the vision God has given us. It’s about character building to help us grow stronger spiritually.
When tribulations come, we win! Jesus already took care of them for us.
“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” (John 16:33 AMPC)
FAITH CONFESSION:
Jesus, You are my perfect peace and confidence. While the world is filled with tribulations and trials and distress and frustration I can be of good cheer – take courage, be confident, certain, undaunted because You have overcome the world. You have deprived it of power to harm me. You have already conquered it for me. Thank You Jesus!
I can walk in vision because my character has been, and continues to be, developed by God. He has put in me what needs to come out of me to produce, and sustain, the vision He has given me. I boldly declare, I have been created on purpose, by a loving God of purpose, for His purpose. I will fulfill my God given purpose.
Be Encouraged! ❤
