How does verbal diatribe help an already volatile situation?
I see posts that say block me if you're not for team whatever side. What happened to having conversations and when agreement can't be reached, to agree to disagree? When did we become people that basically says, either do it may way or I'm taking my marbles home? So, if I don't agree with you I can no longer talk to you and you will no longer talk to me?
Why are we having temper tantrums over politics when most of them really don't care about the very people who elect them into office? Do you not understand that this is about power and not people?
I'm especially surprised that most of this vitriol is from believers. Well, we are really modeling Jesus well! I'm sure unbelievers really want to know our Jesus!
We've lost focus. Bottom line no matter who is President, or which side controls Congress, we must trust God. If you can get this angry over an election then you might want to check who you trust. I'm just going to leave you with this:
"It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man." (Psalm 118:8 AMPC)
